Peanut Butter Line Case Study
In 2015 Axis Controls were commissioned to supply the control system for a new peanut butter line at the F. Duerr & Sons factory in Manchester.

Sambrooks Brewery Case Study
Axis Controls have a wealth of experience in creating electrical control systems and automation solutions for a wide variety of industrial end-users and machine builders.
One of our customers; London based Sambrooks Brewery asked Axis Controls to design and build them a bespoke simple brewery process electrical control panel for their brewery facility.
Axis Controls were tasked with designing and developing a system suitable for maintaining accurate temperature control of the nine fermentation tanks.
Omron EC5 temperature controllers were chosen for this application, which controlled the cooling water solenoid valves on each of the fermentation tanks.
A stainless steel control panel housing was used, with all operator controls and temperature controllers mounted on the panel door for ease of use and access.
Meat Plant Case Study
One of our customers, the Tarleton based pet food manufacturer Golden Acres commissioned Axis Controls to build the main production line electrical control panel for their meat processing plant.
For this application, Axis Controls designed a bespoke electrical industrial control panel featuring eighteen Parker AC30 variable speed drives.
The main plant control panel was handled by an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC system, that seemlessly interfaced with the established factory wide Wonderware SCADA system.
The electrical industrial control panel also featured a complex, complete safety system with numerous Pilz and Guardmaster safety relays to ensure safety throughout the production process.
